By booking with Sports Funatics, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Attendance and Refunds
- No refunds will be provided for missed sessions due to personal circumstances, including illness, vacations, or other commitments.
- Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or carried forward to future programs.
2. Behaviour Policy
- Sports Funatics maintains a positive and respectful environment. Any participant found bullying, behaving disruptively, or acting inappropriately may be removed from the program without a refund.
- Parents are responsible for ensuring their child understands and follows the club's behavior guidelines.
3. Liability
- Sports Funatics is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items brought to the club.
- While every precaution is taken to ensure safety, Sports Funatics is not liable for injuries sustained during activities unless caused by negligence on our part.
4. Medical Information
- Parents must inform the club of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs their child may have.
- It is the parent's responsibility to ensure their child has any necessary medication (e.g., inhalers, EpiPens) and that staff are informed of their proper use.
5. Drop-off and Pick-up
- Children must be dropped off and picked up promptly at the designated times.
- Parents must ensure authorised individuals are available for pick-up.
6. Photography and Media
- Sports Funatics may take photographs or videos of participants during sessions for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your child to be included, please notify the club in writing before the session begins.
7. Session Changes
- Sports Funatics reserves the right to modify or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or staffing issues. If a session is canceled by Sports Funatics, we will endeavor to provide a makeup session or credit.
8. Payments
- All bookings must be paid in full before the program begins to secure your child’s place.
- Failure to make payment on time may result in losing your booking.
9. Code of Conduct for Parents
- Parents are expected to communicate respectfully with staff and other participants.
- Any inappropriate behavior from parents may result in their child’s removal from the program without refund.
10. Agreement
- By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
